Airport Manager - Kinshasa, DR Congo

What you will do

• Lead and oversee passenger and aircraft handling operations on a management and shift basis.
• Manage team and service provider performance against safety, security, quality, customer service, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate VIP, meet-and-assist, passengers with reduced mobility, and other special-category guest requirements.
• Maintain emergency response, disruption, diversion, delay-handling, and business continuity plans.
• Manage on-time performance, delay mitigation, reporting, ancillary sales, and customer service KPIs.
• Perform the role of Local Security Contact Officer.

Requirements

• 7–9 years of relevant experience in a leadership or senior management capacity.
• Experience in a highly pressured, multicultural, shift-based management or supervisory environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, project management, business solutions, and results-delivery skills.
• Ability to communicate internally and externally at scale across multiple channels.
• Degree-level education is desirable, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
