Duty Supervisor - Accra, Ghana

What you will do

• Supervise passenger and aircraft handling operations during assigned shifts.
• Monitor safety, security, compliance, service quality, and operational performance.
• Coordinate VIP, PRM, MAAS, and other special guest requirements.
• Manage disruption recovery, delays, diversions, emergency response, and business continuity activities.
• Coordinate with Guest Control, Network Control, SOC, teams, and service providers.
• Monitor ancillary sales, customer service standards, KPIs, reporting, and local authority requirements.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in the service, hospitality, airline, travel, or retail industry.
• Previous supervisory experience in a high-pressure, multicultural, shift-based environment.
• Knowledge of aviation, travel industry, airport policies, and frontline service delivery.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills with a mature, service-focused approach.
• Ability to balance guest needs and corporate objectives while maintaining safety and security standards.
• Degree-level education is desirable, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
