Social Media Manager (Advertising)

Location: Knoxville, Tennessee, United States. Remote employees must be based in the United States.

What you will do

• Develop client relationships and provide leadership on project implementation.
• Coordinate internal resources and clients to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions to develop tactics aligned with client objectives.
• Conduct competitive research and identify relevant social media trends.
• Manage social media content creation, publishing, and community and reputation management.
• Travel to content shoots as needed and respond to comments, direct messages, and online reviews.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in social media management, account executive, or project management work at an agency.
• Experience managing creative teams, paid social media, and multi-phase projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, proofreading, and time-management skills.
• Working knowledge of Google Docs and experience working in a Mac environment.
• Equivalent professional experience or a degree in advertising, communications, or communication studies.
• Ability to work as a collaborative team player in a flexible, dynamic, fast-paced environment.
