Social Media & Content Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, United States only

Salary: $95,000–$105,000 per year

What you will do

• Own and grow hirify.global’ presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, and Facebook.
• Build content calendars, campaigns, and promotions in partnership with the VP of Marketing, while managing community engagement through Hootsuite or similar tools.
• Script, film, edit, publish, and analyze short- and long-form video, including YouTube live streams and platform-native clips.
• Edit, transcribe, package, and distribute the GiveFirst podcast, including guest sourcing and scheduling.
• Write social copy, video scripts, captions, and posts for the CEO’s personal accounts.
• Support live-streamed events, panels, and presentations through light production and moderation.

Requirements

• A public portfolio demonstrating short-form social video, long-form content, and written copy with measurable audience traction.
• Demonstrated success growing a social presence from near-zero and explaining follower or engagement growth.
• Experience owning video projects end-to-end, from scripting and filming through editing and publication.
• Hands-on experience running a podcast or long-form audio/video series from recording through publishing and clipping.
• Fluent practical use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar in content workflows.
• Comfort with Hootsuite or similar tools and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Descript, Canva, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.

Nice to have

• Experience in venture capital, private equity, startups, or accelerators.
• Comfort appearing on camera to host, interview, or introduce content.
• BA/BS in marketing, communications, film, or a related field.
• Deep podcast or audio editing experience; additional depth can be developed on the job.
