Program Manager (OneStream)

Location: Hybrid role requiring onsite work 2–3 days per week in Alexandria, Virginia and Washington, DC; U.S. citizenship and an active Secret Clearance or higher are required.

Salary: $103,000–$180,000 annually, plus potential bonuses and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead delivery of an enterprise financial systems implementation across multiple military service organizations.
• Manage functional, technical, data, testing, security, training, and deployment workstreams.
• Coordinate Kearney and subcontractor activities, schedules, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and quality.
• Support development and execution of the Integrated Master Schedule.
• Lead resolution and escalation of cross-workstream risks and issues.
• Coordinate government stakeholder meetings, executive reviews, deployment readiness, and transition activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, management, information systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant federal consulting, financial management, systems implementation, or program management experience.
• PMP certification and experience managing large, multi-workstream federal technology or financial transformation efforts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, risks, dependencies, deliverables, resources, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong executive communication and client-management skills.
• Active Secret Clearance or higher and U.S. citizenship are required; onsite availability in Alexandria and Washington, DC is required.

Nice to have

• Department of War financial management experience.
• PPBE or budget formulation experience.
• OneStream or enterprise performance management implementation experience.
• Experience managing firm-fixed-price federal contracts.
