Operations Engineering Manager (Energy)

What you will do

• Provide technical assistance and guidance to operations teams and communicate project schedule and budget updates.
• Lead personnel expectations, performance evaluation, workload distribution, and career development.
• Coordinate with engineering departments, support groups, stakeholders, and operations management.
• Support capital projects through scope development, design reviews, PHA activities, and HAZOPs.
• Ensure process safety management practices through management of change documentation and related processes.
• Participate in incident investigations and ensure findings are communicated appropriately.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• At least 10 years of engineering experience, including at least 5 years of industry experience.
• Experience with processing operations, project management, and the design of gathering and compression systems.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
• Regular full-time work in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, United States.
