What you will do

• Coordinate the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of multiple gathering facilities, pipelines, systems, and wells across a geographic area.
• Manage personnel across multiple locations, including training, development, team building, and performance support.
• Help prepare operating and capital budgets and ensure the availability of materials, equipment, and personnel.
• Analyze operations and improve programs, procedures, equipment, reliability, and efficiency.
• Coordinate facility design, construction, replacement, and repairs with team leaders.
• Identify and correct safety, environmental, security, and regulatory issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in business or a technical field is preferred.
• Five years of supervisory experience in pipeline, compressor, storage, gas gathering, gas processing, or a technical environment.
• General knowledge of crude pipeline operations and working knowledge of mechanical equipment.
• Experience with safe handling of flammable gases, liquids, and high-pressure systems, as well as customer contractual obligations.
• Valid state operating license and an acceptable driving record.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, mathematical, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
