MEP Project Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Middletown, Ohio, United States; on-site industrial construction and field coordination responsibilities.

What you will do

• Lead mechanical and electrical industrial projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate construction activities across steel and manufacturing, power, data center, and other MEP projects.
• Manage project engineers, superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, vendors, and project personnel.
• Control project safety, quality, budget, schedule, procedures, submittals, and job controls.
• Maintain client relationships, represent the company in owner progress meetings, and coordinate with governmental agencies.
• Manage contract financial performance, lead project meetings, and support team mentoring and career development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or construction management.
• 10+ years of experience and knowledge in construction, design, finance, and management.
• Ability to understand and execute CPM-based project schedules.
• Knowledge of safety laws, company policies, industry practices, processes, and standards.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
• PE credentialing is not required.
