Well Engineering Manager (Environmental Solutions)

What you will do

• Monitor and maintain Class 1 hazardous and non-hazardous, Class 2 water injection, and slurry injection wells.
• Evaluate well performance, design remediation programs, develop procedures, and coordinate well workovers with vendors.
• Manage the injection well database and support subsurface evaluations and due diligence for acquisition targets.
• Manage multiple well-related capital projects, including budgets, implementation coordination, and vendor selection.
• Develop operational manuals, best practices, and flow diagrams for facilities and waste-stream processes.
• Provide engineering support for troubleshooting, special tests, reports, production status, safety improvements, and process optimization.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Chemical, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineer.
• Seven to ten years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of company equipment and services, leadership ability, initiative, and sound problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with teams, and lead projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, customer service, time management, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to respond to field inquiries and emergencies outside normal working hours and follow safety policies.

Nice to have

• Experience with pressure transient analysis, reservoir modeling, and well modeling.
• Experience with injection wells, hydraulic fracturing, or slurry fracture injection wells.
