International Export Specialist (Primavera P6)

What you will do

• Develop, manage, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, cost control specialists, and other stakeholders to gather project information and align schedule and cost reporting.
• Monitor project progress, identify scheduling issues, track deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare schedule reports covering critical path analysis, project forecasts, and stakeholder status updates.
• Maintain project baselines, document changes, and perform what-if scenario analysis to assess impacts and define mitigation plans.
• Maintain scheduling documentation and provide guidance and training on schedule management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, or a related field, preferably in construction, engineering, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent scheduling software.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, critical path analysis, and earned value management.
• Experience with risk management and schedule risk analysis.
• Ability to provide schedule management guidance and support to project teams.
