Operations Manager (Manufacturing)

Salary: $98,200–$182,300 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives

What you will do

• Lead production supervisors and manufacturing teams to meet safety, service, cost, and productivity targets.
• Oversee daily plant production activities while maintaining quality, safety, delivery, and performance standards.
• Drive efficiency and continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration, employee participation, and hands-on problem solving.
• Manage production capability, tooling, machinery replacement, staffing, and operational procedures.
• Track daily performance, ensure recovery plans are used for missed targets, and manage departmental expense and capital budgets.
• Support talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and employee communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Ideally 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations or a distribution environment.
• Ideally 3 years of experience in a leadership position.
• Experience in a Lean environment is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Medway, Massachusetts, United States.
