General Manager - Seattle

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; onsite store leadership role with weekend and holiday availability required

Salary: $64,745–$85,000 per year, plus potential commission, bonus, geographic premium, and equity awards

What you will do

• Lead, motivate, coach, recognize, and train the store team through goal setting and consistent feedback.
• Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle and partner with Human Resources on performance management.
• Ensure compliance with store procedures, visual directives, presentation standards, and housekeeping requirements.
• Manage profit objectives, expense control, and budgetary responsibilities.
• Lead floorplan development, design presentations, weekly trade activities, and home visits.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to share business insights, develop best practices, and grow the store.

Requirements

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated design skills and passion for the design profession.
• Financial literacy, business acumen, and ability to manage budgets.
• Proficiency with MS Office, web navigation, and 3-D rendering programs.
• Ability to routinely move objects weighing more than 20 pounds and follow safety requirements.
• Weekend and holiday availability is required.
