Director, Operations-Consumables Ops Support (Retail Operations)

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; home office role

Salary: $110,000–$220,000 annual base salary, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead the execution of large-scale projects and programs, including plans, timelines, communications, and implementation.
• Analyze data and business trends to create recommendations aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams in improving processes, operational efficiency, in-stock levels, and inventory flow across Consumables departments.
• Manage budgets, approve expenditures, monitor financial performance, and reduce operating costs.
• Build stakeholder partnerships and develop scalable solutions informed by store operators and frontline insights.
• Coach and mentor talent while supporting succession planning, integrity, ethics, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field plus 5 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Expertise in operations management and complex project execution.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives.
• Proficiency in data analysis, strategic decision-making, project planning, budget oversight, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to build stakeholder partnerships and foster accountability, continuous improvement, and integrity.

Nice to have

• Experience working on cross-functional teams or projects.
• Master's degree in Business Administration.
• Project Management Professional certification.
