Operations Manager

Location: Solon, Ohio, United States; onsite site-leadership role

What you will do

• Lead daily operations as the site leader for the Solon facility.
• Set strategic direction for operational departments and align execution with growth priorities.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve processes, policies, systems, and operational infrastructure.
• Monitor KPIs, operational dashboards, productivity, and on-time delivery performance.
• Manage budgeting, resource allocation, operational planning, risks, and business continuity across functions.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and NPD while mentoring managers and teams through site growth and new-product introduction.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship or qualifying U.S. Person status is required due to U.S. Government contractual and export-control requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 5–10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in high-growth or complex operational environments.
• Experience leading strategic operational initiatives and improving systems at scale.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Expertise in operations systems, project management methodologies, and performance management tools.

Nice to have

• Electronic operations experience.
• MBA.
