Community Relations Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, with candidates required to reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Texas

Salary: $56,200–$101,000 per year

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct meetings, presentations, training sessions, focus groups, product orientations, and field marketing events.
• Develop business relationships and outreach opportunities to increase membership and enrollment.
• Represent the department in vendor, provider, community, internal, and cross-functional meetings.
• Create sales, broker training, member retention, new member training, and outreach presentations.
• Coordinate market materials, collateral rollouts, reporting, inventory, and key department projects.
• Work with sales and management on market execution, workflow documentation, planning, and enrollment strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience where applicable.
• At least 3 years of sales or marketing experience; experience with government products is preferred.
• Health insurance or managed care experience is preferred.
• Must reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas.
• A driver’s license and specific language skills may be required by the applicable plan.
• A Life and Health License may be required and can be obtained within 90 days of employment.
