What you will do

• Engage professionals and organizations across AI, Data, Design, Marketing, and Product using database and outreach tools.
• Build and strengthen relationships with individuals, companies, stakeholders, alumni, and community advocates.
• Track London’s technology and innovation landscape, including conferences, summits, and community events.
• Support the planning and execution of events that showcase hirify.global’s educational offerings.
• Collaborate with Growth, Sales, and Marketing teams on targeted and measurable outreach strategies.
• Contribute to community growth and high-quality participant experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, business development, or community-related roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Comfort working across phone, email, video, and in-person communication channels.
• Experience with CRM or outreach tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach is an asset.
