Specialist, Community (AI and Digital Education)

Estimated compensation: $50,000–$55,000 per year

What you will do

• Engage professionals and organizations across AI, Data, Design, Marketing, and Product using databases and outreach tools.
• Build and strengthen relationships with individuals, companies, alumni, advocates, and other stakeholders.
• Track Toronto’s technology and innovation landscape, including conferences, summits, and community events.
• Support the planning and execution of events that showcase hirify.global’s educational offerings.
• Collaborate with Growth, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver targeted and measurable outreach.
• Contribute to long-term community growth and high-quality participant experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, business development, or community-related roles.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Comfort working across phone, email, video, and in-person communication channels.
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
• Experience with CRM or outreach tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach is an asset.
