Community Manager (Video Games)

Company

Develops and operates the Wizard101, Pirate101, and Ravenwood Academy game titles.

What you will do

• Represent the games publicly, interact with players across multiple channels, and communicate important news.
• Plan and execute the community roadmap, annual community beats, activations, contests, surveys, and newsletters.
• Collaborate with Community Management, Marketing, and Design teams on community initiatives.
• Create social media campaigns and manage content creator relationships.
• Run livestreams on platforms such as Twitch and YouTube.
• Report on community activity and campaign performance, identifying improvements for future initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience managing online video game communities.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in fast-paced situations.
• Strong organization, planning, adaptability, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence streaming on camera and familiarity with social media platforms and current trends.
• Ability to analyze performance data and collaborate effectively while working independently when needed.
• Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency.
