Department Manager (Retail)

Location: Mobile, Alabama, USA; in-store role

Salary: $22.90–$24.04 per hour; non-exempt, hourly position.

What you will do

• Lead and develop the store department, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and scheduling.
• Manage the omni-channel customer experience, customer service, loyalty app promotion, and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Analyze sales and budget goals and create plans to improve performance, results, and profitability.
• Coordinate fashion, visual, and commercial product presentation with the Visual Merchandiser team.
• Maintain stock levels, garment flow, fitting room and checkout routines, pricing, stockroom organization, and omni-channel services.
• Ensure store procedures, administrative routines, health and safety requirements, and opening and closing duties are completed correctly.
