What you will do

• Execute visual merchandising, commercial curation, and styling based on brand guidelines, mood boards, trends, and the commercial calendar.
• Launch and maintain campaigns, sales activities, window displays, product presentations, signage, fixtures, and store navigation.
• Monitor garment care, stock levels, product allocation, sales reports, KPIs, and opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and sales results.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe, and commercially effective sales-floor and back-of-house environments.
• Share fashion and visual merchandising knowledge while coaching, onboarding, and developing store colleagues.
• Collaborate with Store Management, Area Visual, Facilities Management, Sales Market, and Area teams on store operations and expansion projects.

Requirements

• Experience improving product presentation and commercial execution in a store environment.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising, commercial execution, operational best practices, routines, and tools.
• Ability to manage, follow up, and act on selling equations and weekly sales reports.
• Curiosity, creativity, proactive problem-solving, flexibility, and effective cross-functional communication.
• Interest in fashion and demonstrated leadership skills.
