Supply Chain Early Career Program (ECP) Associate (Supply Chain)

Location: Mentor, Ohio, USA; candidates should be interested in working in Ohio, Indiana, Pennsylvania, or Georgia after graduation. Travel: 10–20% with reliable transportation required.

What you will do

• Complete two assignments across manufacturing, operations planning, and logistics over 24–30 months.
• Apply continuous improvement methods, including Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Lean, to improve performance.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, purchasing, marketing, supply chain, and operations.
• Develop supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.
• Monitor service and inventory performance and respond to operational problems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Sarbanes-Oxley requirements for materials processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Expected graduation in December for a January start or May for a June start.
• Previous internship or co-op experience, or relevant manufacturing experience, is required.
• Ability to travel 10–20% and maintain reliable transportation to and from work.
• Work authorization sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
