Senior Manager, Special Program Initiatives (Behavioral Health)

Location: Remote in Arizona; qualified candidates must reside in Arizona

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, implement, and oversee special population programs and community-based initiatives.
• Develop provider programs and services for assigned member populations.
• Establish baseline data, analyze outcomes, report progress, and recommend program adjustments.
• Coordinate with the Regional Behavioral Health Authority, state organizations, and system partners.
• Lead cross-departmental and cross-system teams through program development and performance improvement efforts.
• Track access to care and treatment outcomes while promoting evidence-based practices.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Residence in Arizona is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, healthcare, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of related behavioral health experience, including 3 years in project management, program development, or implementation.
• Experience supervising diverse staff and managing multiple operations.
• Extensive program development or implementation experience; healthcare industry experience is preferred.
