IT Program Manager

Location: Hybrid role based at BJ’s Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA; in-office Tuesday through Thursday and remote Monday and Friday.

Salary: $137,500–$175,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent, complex technology programs and projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develop integrated delivery plans, roadmaps, and execution frameworks for cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee project managers and teams, ensuring milestone adherence, consistent standards, and accountability.
• Manage resources, interdependencies, capacity constraints, priority conflicts, risks, and issues.
• Provide executive-level reporting on status, financials, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Own program budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and corrective action planning with Finance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive technology project and program management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale initiatives concurrently.
• Experience leading complex enterprise technology programs with multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with agile, waterfall, and/or hybrid delivery methodologies, with strong emphasis on execution discipline and milestone control.
• Experience building business cases and managing multimillion-dollar budgets with financial control.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
