VP, Operations (Chief of Staff)

Location: Remote; Nashville, TN preferred

Salary: $200,000–$230,000 annually, plus an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Partner with the COO to define, sequence, and execute the RP Clinical Services operating agenda.
• Represent the COO in meetings and make timely decisions within delegated authority when the COO is unavailable.
• Drive market expansion, client commitments, new service lines, and operating-model improvements to completion.
• Establish scorecards, business reviews, decision logs, and operating forums to improve performance and decision-making.
• Build trusted relationships with radiologists and physician leaders and incorporate physician perspectives into operating decisions.
• Coordinate operations, enterprise shared services, and support teams to remove execution barriers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, operations, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in operations, strategy, program or project management, or a Chief of Staff or senior advisory role.
• At least 5 years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing cross-functional teams in a multi-site or matrixed environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare or radiology operations, physician practice dynamics, multi-site operating models, and the applicable regulatory environment.
• Strong independent judgment, executive presence, confidentiality, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.
