Manager Client Project Management (Data Transformation)

Location: Working from home in Pennsylvania, United States. Travel required 25%–50%; physical work site required.

What you will do

• Lead and oversee program and project managers within a value stream focused on data transformation and related enterprise initiatives.
• Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners to coordinate product and project delivery in an agile environment.
• Assign project managers, review delivery plans and artifacts, and ensure project work is completed successfully.
• Monitor budgets, resource allocation, time tracking, risks, communications, and change controls.
• Support yellow and red projects by resolving issues, removing obstacles, managing escalations, and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Coach and develop staff, facilitate lessons learned, and ensure project documentation is completed and archived.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience and education.
• At least 7 years of project delivery experience.
• At least 7 years of client relationship management experience.
• Experience with project management, financial planning and management, problem resolution, and client expectations management.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to work from Pennsylvania and travel 25%–50%.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Three years of team leadership and management experience.
• Experience with product and project delivery, agile delivery management, and data transformation.
