ESI Associate Vice President, Suitability Review (Insurance)

Location: Addison, Texas, or Montpelier, Vermont; onsite role

Salary: $110,625–$162,250 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead the ESI Suitability Review unit and ensure compliance with Written Supervisory Procedures for new accounts and daily transactions.
• Provide strategic direction, oversee priorities, and resolve complex suitability issues, jumbo cases, and field conflicts.
• Build and develop an engaged team through coaching, career development, motivation, and capability building.
• Partner with Distribution, Compliance, Legal, Technology, CIG, New Business, Brokerage, and senior leadership to manage risk and deliver business results.
• Oversee technology, vendor, and process-improvement projects that increase departmental efficiency.
• Direct the creation and amendment of ESI forms and support internal and external audits with required documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of industry or broker-dealer operations experience.
• Current and active FINRA Series 7, 63, 65/66, 53, and 24 licenses.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience; operational or customer service management experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, people skills, professional presentation, adaptability, and the ability to manage competing demands.
• Ability to pass a background check. Visa sponsorship is not available.
