Salary: $104,648–$174,482 per year

What you will do

• Support the Head of Supervision VP and regional supervisory teams with operational escalations and day-to-day service management.
• Lead strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, streamline processes, and strengthen risk mitigation.
• Monitor workload, staffing, metrics, and service-level agreement adherence across designated regions.
• Interpret FINRA, SEC, and state regulations and develop policies, procedures, controls, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Service Center, Client Success, Business Consultants, advisors, and senior management.
• Identify regulatory and control gaps, define project direction, and independently execute improvements.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in supervision, compliance, and/or regulatory matters.
• Series 7, 9, and 10, or Series 24.
• Series 66, or Series 63 and 65.
• Strong organization, communication, prioritization, problem-solving, and independent working skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Prior leadership or team management experience.
• Project management experience.
• Experience using AI tools.
