What you will do

• Define and drive compliance strategy and organizational priorities in partnership with the Chief Compliance Officer.
• Align Compliance, IT, Legal, and business stakeholders around priorities, execution, and follow-through.
• Support implementation and administration of enterprise GRC technology and coordinate regulatory engagements, examinations, and audit responses.
• Manage cross-functional compliance programs and projects, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and continuous improvement.
• Build governance frameworks, escalation paths, reporting infrastructure, and analytics for executive and Board audiences.
• Represent the Chief Compliance Officer in cross-functional forums and develop strategic partnerships across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in compliance, risk, audit, or program management, including building programs or frameworks from the ground up.
• Hands-on experience administering an enterprise GRC platform and coordinating regulatory examinations or audits.
• Strong ability to translate complex regulatory concepts and data into clear executive reporting.
• Strong program and project management skills with experience completing multiple concurrent cross-functional initiatives.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or certification such as CCEP, CRCM, or CRISC.
