Full-Time Bilingual Preferred - Spanish - Member Service Representative - Pueblo, CO

Location: Pueblo/Pueblo West, Colorado, with two weeks of mandatory paid training in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Salary: $18.75–$19.75 per hour, plus incentives and a 3% annual target bonus

What you will do

• Provide accurate and professional face-to-face member service, including monetary transactions, account creation, and account maintenance.
• Identify member needs and recommend deposit, lending, card, investment, and business banking products.
• Meet monthly sales standards while supporting member retention and acquisition.
• Follow credit union policies, safety standards, and financial regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and CFPB requirements.
• Handle physical money and member transactions with a high level of accuracy.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience in financial services or retail delivery.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, basic math, product knowledge, and sales-oriented service skills.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., with varying shifts, and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• Ability to complete two weeks of mandatory paid training in Colorado Springs and work within the Pueblo/Pueblo West area.

Nice to have

• Spanish bilingual ability.
• At least 6 months of sales experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, web-based transaction systems, or 10-key by touch.
