Member Service Representative (Full-Time) - Arlington

Location: On-site at 4500 Waxwing Dr, Arlington, Texas 76018, United States. The role may require working at or transferring permanently to neighboring branches within a reasonable commuting distance.

Salary: $20.82–$24.19 per hour

What you will do

• Provide counseling on financial products and services based on member needs.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts, loans, and other financial products.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and service requests.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while complying with applicable regulations.
• Educate members about products, identify cross-service opportunities, and share knowledge with colleagues.

• Availability Monday through Saturday, with hours based on business needs.

• Knowledge of deposit and loan products, services, and operational procedures.
• Customer service experience, preferably in banking or a financial institution.
