Member Service Representative (Full-Time) - Thornton

Location: On-site at 16501 Washington Street, Thornton, Colorado, United States. The role may require working at or permanently transferring to neighboring branches within a reasonable commuting distance.

Salary: $22.26–$25.87 per hour

What you will do

• Provide counseling on banking products and services based on member needs.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts, loans, and other financial products.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions.
• Research and resolve basic account discrepancies and service requests.
• Identify opportunities to educate members and strengthen relationships through additional products and services.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while complying with applicable regulations.

• Be available Monday through Saturday according to business needs.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of deposit and loan products, services, and operational procedures.
• Customer service experience, preferably in banking or another financial institution.
