Member Service Representative (Full-Time) - Camelback

Location: On-site at 1928 East Highland Ave Suite F106, Phoenix, Arizona 85016, United States. The role may require working at or permanently transferring to neighboring branches within a reasonable commuting distance.

Salary: $20.82–$24.19 per hour

What you will do

• Provide guidance on deposit accounts, lending products, credit and debit cards, and other financial services.
• Assist members with opening and maintaining accounts, loans, and related products.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine branch transactions.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and service requests.
• Identify opportunities to educate members and strengthen relationships through relevant product recommendations.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while following applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Ability to build effective relationships through rapport, trust, diplomacy, and tact.
• Effective research, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and judgment skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-production, changing environment.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently and adapt to evolving technologies and change initiatives.
• Availability Monday through Saturday, with hours based on business needs.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of deposit and loan products, services, and operational procedures.
• Customer service experience, preferably in banking or another financial institution.
