Change Management & Communications Manager (IT)

Location: Hybrid schedule in Dallas, TX or Westminster, CO; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States full-time. Visa sponsorship or transfer is not available.

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide change management and communications strategies for business and technology initiatives.
• Apply structured methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR and conduct change impact and stakeholder readiness assessments.
• Design engagement, adoption, resistance-management, and feedback strategies for user communities.
• Create internal communications, including emails, intranet updates, leadership talking points, FAQs, newsletters, presentations, and visual toolkits.
• Translate technical software and process changes into clear business language for diverse workforces.
• Advise project and functional leaders while aligning communications with training timelines and measuring adoption, satisfaction, and change velocity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading change management and communications in distributed organizations, including IT implementations such as ERP upgrades, cloud migrations, or digital workspace rollouts.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual presentation skills, including the ability to simplify technical terminology.
• Proficiency with digital collaboration tools, content management systems, Microsoft SharePoint, and advanced PowerPoint layout design.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, and senior-stakeholder management skills.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship and transfer are unavailable.

Nice to have

• Prosci, CCMP, or another change management certification.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
