Continuous Improvement Manager (Lean Manufacturing)

Location: Lancaster, NY, USA; onsite role supporting all shifts and departments

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate OPS activities and ensure alignment with the OPS roadmap.
• Plan and lead lean and Kaizen workshops, training sessions, and improvement projects.
• Support process facilitators and departments across all shifts.
• Develop, implement, and maintain OPS standards.
• Plan and conduct process audits, identify performance gaps, and drive corrective actions.
• Organize OPS communications, internal improvement content, and monthly activity reporting.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in lean or continuous improvement within a high-volume manufacturing organization.
• 3–5 years of experience leading change management projects.
• Experience conducting process audits.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Kaizen; Green Belt certification or similar is required.
• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent experience.
• Good working knowledge of English required.
