Project Services Coordinator (Construction)

Location: Kent, Washington, USA; onsite, Monday–Friday day shift

Salary: $29–$35 per hour, depending on experience

What you will do

• Manage multiple custom projects from sale through installation and closeout.
• Coordinate project inputs and outputs, installation readiness, material progress, timelines, and workflow quality.
• Troubleshoot order, project, and installation discrepancies and implement corrective action plans.
• Direct teams in resolving project issues and ensuring profitable, timely execution.
• Prepare KPI reports and contribute to process improvement teams, operating procedures, training, and implementation.
• Build strong working relationships with operations, department leaders, support teams, and manufacturing leadership.

Requirements

• Interest in project management within construction, home renovation, or home improvement.
• At least 1 year of construction industry experience; knowledge of customized cabinetry installation is a plus.
• Working knowledge of an Order Management System and Salesforce CRM.
• Strong time management, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues, including diffusing difficult situations.
• Computer literacy and the ability to learn CAD, Epicor, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other business systems.
