Video Editor / Motion Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Create, edit, and deliver video advertisements for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and landing pages.
• Develop storylines, funnel formats, shoot guides, creative angles, and platform-specific concepts.
• Produce AI-generated advertising videos, including realistic human characters, avatars, voice synthesis, lip-sync, and speech-to-movement synchronization.
• Apply editing, motion design, color correction, sound mixing, visual effects, upscaling, and post-processing.
• Test formats, hooks, calls to action, and visual approaches using A/B testing and performance analytics.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, marketers, copywriters, designers, and videographers while documenting work in ClickUp.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in video editing, post-production, or motion design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with desktop-based editing required; mobile-only portfolios are not considered.
• Full post-production capability, including cutting, titling, color correction, sound mixing, transitions, typography, and sound design.
• Experience with AI video tools such as Veo, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, HeyGen, or similar, plus AI image generation tools such as Midjourney or Stable Diffusion.
• Experience working in an agency or structured in-house team and understanding of video formats for major social platforms.
• Upper-intermediate English (B2) or higher is required.

Nice to have

• Experience creating photorealistic human characters and synchronizing motion, expressions, and speech.
• Strong interest in emerging video tools, viral formats, and platform-specific trends.
