Senior Manager, Motion Designer (EU) (Motion Design)

Location: Remote within the EU

Base salary: €77,000–€95,000 per year, plus performance bonus and stock option allocation for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Create, animate, edit, and polish motion graphics and video content for upper- and mid-funnel campaigns across YouTube and Meta.
• Develop YouTube-first concepts and identify opportunities to improve creative testing velocity and ad iteration speed.
• Use YouTube metrics and HighRise reporting to guide creative decisions and revisions.
• Evaluate tools and workflows, including hands-on development of AI-assisted animation processes.
• Set motion-design standards, review final assets, and provide expert feedback to creatives, agencies, and freelancers.
• Mentor junior team members and build reusable systems and templates that improve production speed and reduce costs.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of hands-on motion design and video editing experience with a strong end-to-end reel.
• Expert proficiency with motion design and editing tools such as After Effects, Premiere, or comparable software.
• Deep experience creating YouTube-first video content and adapting assets for Meta.
• Experience using performance data to inform and iterate on creative decisions.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted animation tools and workflows.
• Native or fluent German is required, along with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in DTC, subscription, or health and wellness brands.
• Strong understanding of German-speaking market trends, consumer behavior, and localization practices.
