TL;DR

Video Editor (AI/Performance Marketing): Creating high-performing short-form video ads and UGC-style content with an accent on performance-driven creatives and AI-powered production workflows. Focus on maximizing retention through hooks, sound design, and motion graphics to drive conversions for global brands.

Location: Hybrid (Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, or Riga). In Vilnius, the role requires 4 days onsite.

Salary: €2,600 – €3,200 gross per month

What you will do

  • Create high-performing short-form and dynamic video ads designed to capture attention and drive conversions.
  • Produce UGC-style content and social-first videos optimized for fast-paced digital environments.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools and generative workflows for scripting, visuals, voiceovers, and creative testing.
  • Add music, sound design, subtitles, and motion graphics to maximize viewer retention.
  • Collaborate with marketers and creative strategists to iterate on winning ad concepts.
  • Apply performance marketing insights and creative trends to optimize content effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in video editing, specifically for performance marketing and paid social.
  • Proven expertise in creating short-form, conversion-focused video creatives.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  • Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Kling, or Veo.
  • Experience with various content styles, including UGC, testimonials, and viral social formats.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, or Riga.
