Videographer (AI Video)

Location: San Francisco, CA; hybrid schedule with three days per week in the San Francisco office

Salary: $71,300–$89,100 USD base salary annually

What you will do

• Develop editorial narratives for product explainers, customer stories, sizzles, and brand campaigns.
• Own video editing from narrative structure and rough cut through final polish, color, audio, and versioning.
• Collaborate with designers, producers, and writers on storyboards and scripts that communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Integrate motion design, titles, and other creative assets to maintain narrative and brand consistency.
• Guide creative reviews, manage timelines and revisions, and coordinate production across multiple deadlines.
• Experiment with emerging AI video and voice technologies.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in video production or a related field.
• Experience writing or co-writing scripts, outlines, and interview-based narratives, supported by a portfolio demonstrating storytelling, pacing, and editorial craft.
• Experience with AI-first video workflows, including voice generation, script-to-video, or captioning tools.
• Production experience with cameras, lighting, directing talent, or overseeing shoots.
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative teams and applying visual storytelling, sound design, pacing, and emotional resonance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Earth observation data.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools and LLMs.
• Knowledge of GIS tools or platforms such as ESRI ArcGIS or Mapbox.
• Experience with Adobe Suite.
