Data Specialist (Contract) (EV)

Pay rate: $33–$36 per hour

hirify.global is an American commercial electric vehicle company developing an EV platform for medium-duty electric and hybrid vehicles.

What you will do

• Transfer data from paper-based and digital documents into the ERP system.
• Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Maintain existing records, correct errors, and protect data integrity.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and document system needs.
• Analyze data and reporting, identify issues, and propose improvements.
• Test and implement new or updated systems against defined requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field, or enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, and data management tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and resolve data discrepancies.
• Strong problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving data inconsistencies.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Experience with Google Sheets.
