Lead Analyst, People Analytics

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $125,600–$157,000 USD per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.

What you will do

• Partner with senior People leaders to translate complex data into actionable workforce recommendations.
• Lead exploratory and predictive analyses to identify talent trends, risks, and forward-looking opportunities.
• Design and maintain decision-oriented dashboards covering key people metrics.
• Collaborate with People Technology and data teams to improve the accuracy, consistency, and usability of data from Workday, survey platforms, and planning tools.
• Develop AI-enabled insights and own end-to-end analytics initiatives with measurable success metrics.
• Present outcomes, influence strategy, mentor analysts, and support a culture of analytical excellence.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in people analytics, data analytics, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills, plus proficiency with Tableau or a similar visualization tool.
• Strong communication and data-storytelling skills for executive and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, evaluate tradeoffs and risks, and influence decisions through data.
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, data-rich environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or R.
