Sr. Analyst, Research Operations

Location: Remote in the United States; Hartford, United States of America

Salary: $85,600–$141,200 annual base salary, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do

• Partner with research teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to clarify business problems, audiences, and execution needs.
• Program online surveys, manage fielding and data collection, build data tables, and generate initial findings.
• Prepare findings and data for final reports and dashboards.
• Perform data quality and quality-control checks across research projects, including questionnaire and quota validation.
• Coordinate research project logistics and vendor teams across studies of increasing complexity.
• Recommend solution designs and align research operations with enterprise legal, security, software development, and finance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, mathematics, statistics, social sciences, or a comparable analytical field.
• At least 2 years of market research, business intelligence, or related experience; 4 or more years preferred for the ideal candidate.
• Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data and derive actionable observations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with research methodologies and tools such as Qualtrics, SPSS, Access, SAS, Wincross, FuelCycle, Python, JavaScript, SQL, Qlik, or Tableau.
