IT Business Analyst

What you will do

• Assess business requirements from Product Management and customers, maintain functional knowledge, and estimate specification and validation work.
• Design solutions and produce feasibility studies, solution overviews, interface documents, product specifications, and user guides.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Project Management, Development, QA, and customer stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Validate delivered functionality, review test plans, investigate production incidents, and support release sign-off and risk assessment.
• Track project risks and progress, provide stakeholder visibility, and support adoption of implemented solutions.
• Provide level 4 support and maintenance for delivered functionalities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience or background in software development is a plus.
• Ability to analyze requirements and create functional specifications.
• Ability to coordinate with product, project management, development, QA, and customer stakeholders.
