SAP Procurement Business Analyst (SAP)

What you will do

• Develop the IM Procurement and Sourcing Product & Service Line for general procurement.
• Translate complex business needs into modern technology solutions for sourcing and procurement processes.
• Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria and manage backlog priorities.
• Support Agile delivery through Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe ceremonies and data-driven decision-making.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, continuous discovery, and story mapping.
• Perform visual analysis, process mapping, interface design, and As-Is/To-Be modeling.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in SAP MM, SAP PP, ABAP, and SAP MDM.
• Experience with technical interface design, Information System Security Management, and alignment between IT and business strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, ideally SAFe, and the ITIL framework.
• Strong customer orientation and experience with transnational and trans-domain initiatives.
• Advanced English required for an international working context.
• Basic project management skills and the ability to engage stakeholders through workshops.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of procurement networks, including sourcing, contract lifecycle management, and general procurement.
• Experience with AWS or Google Cloud platforms.
