Internship - Junior Venture Analyst (Climate Tech)

Location: HQ and office at Station F in Paris, France; flexible remote days are possible

Salary: €1,500 monthly internship stipend

Marble is a climate-tech venture studio partnering with scientists, engineers, and operators to create companies addressing major challenges in energy, industry, agriculture, and climate resilience.

What you will do

• Support Founders in Residence with market research, assumption validation, business-model options, go-to-market strategy, roadmaps, and fundraising plans.
• Research new climate-tech opportunity areas by sizing markets, mapping competition, identifying gaps, and assessing venture-scale potential.
• Support fundraising operations through investor research, data-room preparation, CRM updates, meeting scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Conduct customer and expert outreach, interviews, and customer-pipeline development.
• Support portfolio companies and studio operations by preparing commercial and financial guides, templates, memos, decks, and spreadsheet models.

Requirements

• Fluent or native English is required.
• French fluency is preferred.
• Currently studying for a Master’s degree at an engineering school, business school, or university.
• Prior exposure to startups, strategy consulting, venture capital, or corporate development.
• Basic financial modeling skills and comfort with cap tables and business plans.
• Ability to manage complex tasks, work independently, communicate clearly, and create structured deliverables.

Nice to have

• Passion for climate tech, startups, industry, energy, and venture creation.
• Experience with CRMs and specialist tools such as Lemlist, Exa, or Clay.
• Familiarity with modern software and AI products such as Claude, Gemini, Notion, Slack, Airtable, and Google Suite.
