Finance Transformation Specialist - Reporting & Planning (f/m) (Aerospace)

Location: Marignane site, Marseille Area, France; onsite role in the hirify.global Helicopters Finance Department

What you will do

• Support finance process and system execution, simplification, harmonization, standardization, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and surveys with finance professionals.
• Optimize finance processes using SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, Celonis, business intelligence solutions, and RPA.
• Analyze financial data and define reporting needs for solutions involving Palantir, SAP SAC, Spotfire, and BW/4HANA.
• Define and execute user acceptance testing in JIRA, and support training, adoption, and organizational change.
• Lead project planning, portfolio prioritization, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and cross-functional delivery in an Agile Scrum environment.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Proficient English command.
• Leadership and strong social competencies.
• International work experience, ideally in large complex organizations or consulting firms.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, controlling, treasury, tax, compliance, and audit processes.
• In-depth experience with digital and SAP landscapes, large-scale reporting, advanced analytics, planning/EPM implementations, and digital solutions.
