Creator Growth Specialist

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Berlin or São Paulo (Hybrid, ~3 days/week in office)

Salary: $40,000–$60,000

What you will do

• Own the daily creator sourcing pipeline, including list building, outreach, and tracking.
• Vet creators based on audience fit, content quality, and B2B delivery capability.
• Conduct onboarding calls with creators to prepare them for live campaigns.
• Provide same-day sourcing shortlists to campaign managers.
• Build and optimize automation workflows using n8n and AI tools to reduce manual tasks.
• Report on supply metrics, activation rates, and pipeline gaps.

Requirements

• Experience in outbound roles such as BDR, SDR, or growth/acquisition.
• Deep familiarity with the creator economy, talent agencies, or personal experience building an audience.
• Proficiency with tools like Clay, Apollo, and Attio.
• Strong communication skills for onboarding and selling the platform to creators.
• Ability to maintain high quality standards while meeting volume targets.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Berlin or São Paulo.

Nice to have

• Curiosity and experience with AI automation tools like Claude and n8n.
