Manager, HRIS & Analytics (Workday)

Location: Florida SSC; the role is described as being in Bethesda, MD

Salary: $124,080–$171,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead HRIS operations as the primary point of contact for Workday and related HR technology platforms.
• Plan, test, and deploy system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to define requirements and improve processes.
• Design and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and Power BI solutions for executive decision-making and workforce planning.
• Establish HR data governance standards covering data quality, reporting accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Manage HR technology projects and workforce analytics initiatives, identifying trends and delivering recommendations for talent and operational strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR technology, workforce analytics, or related functions, including significant Workday experience.
• Deep expertise in Workday administration, configuration, business processes, security, reporting, and optimization.
• Experience leading HR technology projects, implementations, integrations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other analytics and reporting tools is preferred; Workday certification is preferred.
