Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: USD 78,400–98,000 annually, plus bonus, equity, and applicable benefits.

What you will do

• Transform large-scale datasets into strategic insights that support business decisions and sustainable growth.
• Translate complex analyses into clear narratives for stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to accelerate learning and optimize performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to refine strategic initiatives and improve performance across channels.
• Build, automate, and continuously improve scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• At least two years of analytics or data science experience.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, SAS, or Matlab.
• Strong understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for diverse audiences.
• A gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency may be required as a condition of employment.

• Experience building models.
