Data Analyst (Fraud Intelligence)

What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and fraud challenges.
• Track trends in fraud cases and identify gaps in fraud products.
• Advise product-enhancement prioritization using data-driven analysis.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Fraud Response, and internal tooling teams.
• Help build protection capabilities for customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience using AI tools in professional work.
• Statistical background and the ability to draw sound conclusions from complex data.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Ability to communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent written and oral English communication and authorization to work for any employer in the United States are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, SQL, or other programming languages.
• Experience communicating with customers.
• Familiarity with financial services, banking, and fraud-prevention products.
